Kallikad, Alapuzha
Kallikadu in Alapuzha lies on the stretch that was destroyed by the great Tsunami. This is the sea-wall and sculpture at the bus-stop in the village.

National Waterway 3, Kayankulam
A film of oil on National Waterway No 3.
It runs parallel to Kerala coast, through a network of lakes (backwaters) and canals. Here, in the Kayankulam Kayal or lake, the water is pretty clean except for this long line of oil on the surface along the channel the fishing boats coming back from the sea take.
